I just started with Rosetta, but i'm not bale to see the graphics (of the protein). When i clock on "show graphic", n I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination... however, a good first step might be checking to see if there are updates for your graphics drivers. Other than that, I'm clueless and somebody much smarter than me will have to jump in. But I did want to throw out an idea. I just started with Rosetta, but i'm not bale to see the graphics (of the protein). When i clock on "show graphic", n Are you looking at an active workunit? (one that is running) If your preferences to "leave application in memory" are set to NO then a preempted workunit will not show graphics. If set to Yes, then the graphics will show when preempted but will be static. You also have to highlight the workunit before clicking on the "show graphics" button. TTYL Richard Click the Sig!
