Hey there... I've got a WU that acts a little strange. It seems like it's stuck. The last 20 minutes of CPU time or so it hasn't processed a single step. The WU in question: https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=9732678 The WU is stuck at step 21565 in the first model during a Ab Initio stage. How shall I act (or not act) on this? |

This is not "official" answer, but here's what I would do: 1/ First try to exit BOINC (thereby "killing" the WU task) and re-start BOINC. 2/ Once you restart BOINC, the same WU should start again. Look at graphics screen to see if it gets stuck at the same place (since it's Model #1, Step xxxx it should reach it within seconds). 3/ If it gets stuck at the same Model/Step, it means that WU is probably "bad", so abort it and just report it in the Report stuck & aborted WU here please thread. PS: Just noticed this is in wrong forum (correct forum is "Number crunching"). Moderators please move/delete my post.
