It always selects my C: Drive, but I want it to use another one (My G: Drive). How do I do this ?

i thought you could modify the directory when installing (using browse...). anyway, it's easy to move the boinc directory (i'm assuming you're not running as a service, if you are then the procedure might be different).

ensure boinc is closed (file > exit). then move the boinc directory to it's new location (eg. from c:program filesboinc to g:boinc). now just update you're boinc shortcuts (eg. target: g:boincboincmgr.exe and start in g:boinc). now just start boinc from the updated shortcut and it should work (at least it has for me).
