Can anyone tell me why the Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 v2 @ 2.60GHz has such a higher score per clock and per computer on the cpu performance list? Thank you.

That's strange. A 5 years old mid-high cpu is faster (gflops per core) than recent high-end cpu.
Not 20% faster, it's ten time faster than a Xeon Gold 6134!

The other big question is why do some CPU appear multiple times if running at the same frequency?

The only theory I have is most of the double listing are CPU with Hyperthreading, So maybe the E5-2630 is high output when operating six "real" cores, and the lower output when operating on the "twelve" cores with six being the hyperthreads.

I don't look at the rankings anymore. cpubenchmark.net has been more reliable for me.
