Check your resource shares, shown on the Projects tab. If you really only have 100MB for BOINC, then Rosetta is going to need about a 35% resource share in order to have enough space to load the application and some work units. You adjust the Rosetta resource share in the Rosetta Preferences. If you can devote more than 100MB to BOINC projects, then go in to your General Preferences and increase the amount of disk space there. After you make any such adjustments on the website, you have to update to the project again for them to take effect on your PC. And once they've taken effect on your PC, you probably have to update to the project again to get it to see it has sufficient space available now. Be sure to wait a few minutes between each project update, otherwise you get the "last RPC request too recent" type of message and it kinda ignores your request. Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |

We Must look for intelligent life on other planets as, it is becoming increasingly apparent we will not find any on our own. |
