This is my first time doing distributed computing on a Mac, and I've looked for this (seemingly obvious) answer everywhere, but can't find it. With my preferences set to "run always" or "run after idle 1 minute", and my screensaver something else (afraid of burning my screen), will BOINC still do work in the background if the client is off (ie. not in the dock)? Thanks. |
