A Rosetta 4.07 task has been sitting mostly unchanged on my computer since yesterday. Last night it was 99.74% done, with 7+ minutes remaining. Eighteen hours later, it is still running, with 99.87% done and 4:19 remaining. I would really piss me off if after all this time, it would go on to be an error while computing. Rosetta uses a lot of computer resources,. My computer could have been working other projects during that time. Is there any way to get it to move along? Steve Gaber Oldsmar, FL |

The usual trick is to suspend and then resume. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=12242&postid=90725#90725 Or else reboot. It might at least cause it to fail, if nothing else. |
