I downloaded both regular Rosetta and Minirosetta tasks, and the Minirosetta tasks have a functional graphics display while the regular Rosetta opens a window, but it's empty (empty as in, the blue background and text appear, but there's no proteins, graph elements and the text shows 0 hours 0 minutes of CPU time, see picture below)

Rosetta:

Minirosetta:

I'm having the same problem, has anyone found a solution?
I'm running Debian Buster, if that helps.

Rosetta 4.12 fixes this for me! I hope it does for other Linux users as well. :D

Hi :)
I've just joined today to try and help a bit, and have got it running on by Debian desktop PC, but currently the graphics appears to be blank. When I click 'Show graphics', I get a window with a black background, blue outlines, and some text. There's no protein graphics and some of the text says 'stage: unknown' 'CPU time: 0hr 0min 0sec', which isn't correct. I've tried starting the rosetta-graphics program separately multiple times but that didn't work. It's not a big issue but it'd be nice to see what's being computed :)

I tried using that command in the terminal but the output is "file or directory does not exist". I tried by using the file explorer: I managed to get to var->lib->...slots, but then nothing showed un in that folder. Did I do something wrong? I'm literally a rookie in those kinds of things, I'd really appreciate your help. Also, I'm Italian so please, please, forgive my mistakes in my messages.

Fistly, there are slots only when tasks are running.
Secondly, stderrgfx.txt files are created when you launch graphics application.
