On one of my machines that's on dialup I have a wu that finished in 28 hours and it is stuck at 'ready to report'. When I dial in and click 'update' it doesn't want to report the results. This has been going on for a day or two. Any ideas what to do about it? Thanks. Founder of BOINC GROUP - Objectivists - Philosophically minded rational data crunchers. ![]() ![]() |

What does it say in the "message tab" when you try it, it should look like: 4/15/2006 3:01:53 PM|SETI@home|Sending scheduler request to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi 4/15/2006 3:01:53 PM|SETI@home|Reason: Requested by user 4/15/2006 3:01:53 PM|SETI@home|Reporting 1 tasks 4/15/2006 3:01:58 PM|SETI@home|Scheduler request to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi succeeded except it should say "Rosetta" instead of "Seti". tony ![]() ![]() |

Thanks, but I just rebooted the machine and tried again and it reported normally. I suppose I should have tried that first before making a post. Founder of BOINC GROUP - Objectivists - Philosophically minded rational data crunchers. ![]() ![]() |

Hmm...Ok. But I really think it was my machine. A SETI unit was well over 120 hours also and finished up in a few hours after I rebooted. Just thought you should know. Founder of BOINC GROUP - Objectivists - Philosophically minded rational data crunchers. ![]() ![]() |
