AMD, now, supports Rocm on WIndows (on WSL)

Yeah, well that's all well and good, but I think someone should do a complete tut on installing BOINC Podman-Docker wls and the complete set up. So many of the linked sites
assume that someone knows or has already set up all the necessary stuff for it to work.
I consider myself somewhat tech savvy, all this stuff is going to blow a lot of none tech savvy's mind. And I feel, loose a lot of BOINC users.
I have yet to get it all to work.
I run a lot of Linux distros and have been using Linux Mint, for years, since ver. 18, Garuda, NixOS, Kodachi, Lubuntu, Ubuntu, Bodhi, and am pretty good at figuring it out.
At this time I only have 1 Windows PC on real hardware.
I had been using on Linux, BOINC on Flatpak for some time but have had issues with Computing preferences not following what is set, then GPU's available but not picking up any WU's,

Current situation, On Windows 11 trying to run BOINC "boinc-buda-runner"
