Being the time to patch Windows I had to reboot my PC today. Before rebooting Rosetta was preempted and had run one hour of CPU, S@H was active. After rebooting when running Rosetta CPU time on the work tab went back to zero.

Shouldn't the checkpoint have allowed the WU to continue from the last application swap interval?

Yes however, it must reach a certain point in the process at the begining befor that can happen. There is a lot of set up at the begining of the run so the first checkpoint is longer than usual. You can tell if that is the case by looking at the percent complete. If it is showing 1.04% or less, it will start over at zero if it is interupted.
