Last 10 completed work units (successfully done) were previously sent out and all showed client errors.

Looks like the project is recycling.

Huh? Recycling?
Rosetta needs at least one valid result per WU. If a client returns a WU with errors, the WU will be sent out to the next client. What's so strange in this beaviour?

Who said anything's strange? Just a plain simple observation.

I have received a number of these units that previously failed for whatever reason,
and have successfully processed them. :)

Well..., your post describes a normal behaviour of every Boinc project. The fact that you started a thread made me think you are concerned of a "double crunching" of WUs. That's what I associate with "recycling".

Sorry if I misunderstood you...
