Wow this 1 was a monster WU 25224816 it ran for over 2 1/2 hours at 1.030 % but i had it up as a screen saver so i knwo it wasnt stuck. It ran over 1.1 million steps and never found a 2nd decoy. Tho i am a little disapointed in the rewarded points. But what the heck It was cool to see such a large protien actually being tried

The credits are based on the runtime, not the number of models. So, you were awarded the same level of credit as you would have been for a smaller protein that crunched those same 2.5hrs and completed 20 models.

The 1% completed thing... ya, it's confusing... but normal. More details in this QA item.

I see your runtime preference seems to be the 3hr default. You may want to increase it to the recommended 8hrs. Review the caution mentioned in this QA item. Then you can crunch SEVERAL models on the large ones, and compare them to each other (the red squares of your prior predictions are shown on the next model... at least once the scale of the graph includes the energy level of your prior predictions).

Yes, when I saw my first one of those I said "I could wrap this thing around my HOUSE!"
