I am wondering what the English Words in the Task Names mean? What would "Ignore the Rest" in the name mean? MT_t306_CASP7_12_IGNORE_THE_RESTt306_12_fl4.i.cl024.s820.pdb_886_1_0 |

Yes, it would seem that the active WUs thread is a bit outdated. Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |

Thanks for the link. Doesn't answer your QUESTION, but should at some point in the future. After CASP they might even have time to tell us why "ignore the rest" is a great new strategy for solving the protein riddle. And how they used this approach to kick butt at CASP.
