Avi Runtime preference is entirely up to you... but in this thread we were discussing how to set things to get as many results as possible reported to Bakerlab before their CASP predictions are due on Monday. But one reason people like to run WUs longer is to reduce traffic on dial-up modems. There's more info. in a QA item on this. Running 24hr WUs was discussed, and we'd all hate to have the best prediction sitting on our PC from the first 18hrs of crunching and not get it reported in time to submit as a CASP prediction. Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |
