When I look up my profile, (TorCCChaser) the Credit shows as 0.00 and Recent Average Credit shows as 0.00

When I look up my account (TorCCChaser) the Credit shows as normally increasing as workunits are completed, and the same is true fro the Recent Average Credit.

Can anyone explain this and help correct this ?

I don't see your profile at all and you do not have this little head next to your name that shows that there is a profile for your account

Hi TorCCChaser,

if you go here and enter your name "TorCCChaser" in the search field to the left you will see that you have 2 accounts, one with a profile and one without. One is a SETI@home account and one is a Rosetta@home account.

The same happened when I switched over to Rosetta: instead of keeping my old account I created a new one, although I do not quite know how as I entered the same e-mail address and password as before. I guess I haven't bothered to click "attach to an existing account" in the install directions. You may have done the same when creating the Rosetta account.
