A story on Rapidly Aging Children and two parent's quest for a cure.

It's encouraging to see cases where parents didn't accept the "there's nothing we can do.." and have managed to help track down the cause of the problem. They even quoted a figure for the human trials of the first drug tailored to the disease.

(posted as human studies have been mentioned here as part of the process of proving a new drug is safe and actually does what it's supposed to. (Viable candidate?))
