I would like to see the performance of my individual machines day over day, to see when problems crop up. Similar to the way that BOINC synergy shows user totals over the past 7 days, I would like to see machine totals. Or even a graph would do cover it. Is there a stat site that does this?

You might take a look over at BOINCStats. This is their stats page for my lone Rosetta host: Host ID 202013

There is also Free-DC's (bok) stats

http://stats.free-dc.org/new/userstats.php?proj=rah&name=58091

Shows all your nodes in a table.
Clicking on the individual nodes is not implemented yet though.
