In an effort to improve communication between the BOINC project and the community about the future of the BOINC project I'll be holding a weekly Q&A on my blog. I'm fielding this as an experiment right now, as a way to find out the kinds of things the community is interested in knowning. If there is a lot of interest in this sort of thing maybe the guys who publish bunc will be willing to pick it up as part of their newsletter. What do you all think? ----- Rom My Blog |

Sounds like a good idea. There seems to be a lack of comms between here (can't say for other BOINC projects) and the BOINC forums. In the opposite direction I think a lot of suggestions die out because they are BOINC suggestions rather than project ones, so I think more communications between the two would definitely be useful. |

Nice idea. I was late for the last Q&A-Session so left my questions for the next session as comments. To encourage more questions describe the way how to ask questions (I guessed as comments to previous entries, but who knows). edit: Your link under categories on your blog is broken. |

I can't find any way to post questions... Nemesis n. A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. |

Other than being threatened to have to spend the night on the streets if you didn't return before 11pm; did being around that many Boinc project developers give you better insight into their needs? And will your feedback to them help reduce the number of strange science app to Boinc client interaction errors? |
