I had no such problem, it sound like a communication glitch. Can you check whether the result is acknowledged on your result page? If yes I would ignore the message, if not report back. |

Of the 37 results you have available for inspection in your account you only have an error ( in Jan 11) where the work unit was reported as not received. Other than that you have recorded successes in the rest of all the completed work units. You show some wu's in progress. It seems that you got a temporary glitch and that the server got and acknowledged your completed wu. |

I've gotten these apparently bogus error messages at least once per day for the last 3(?) days. And iirc it was always in the wee morning hours. Despite the messages the results do get reported, but the reference to "transferring a partial file" is strange. I have been plagued with ghost WUs since last year and took time off in frustration. So I try again and now I'm getting these reporting errors instead. I wonder if these two problems are related. I use a cable modem and high speed internet. Oh well, all's well that ends well. |
