I've been tempted to buy a computer periferal, but I'm not sure if I should bother with it. Basically, I have the opportunity to purchase one of those Webcams for me and my brother (the other partiticipant of Aftermathonian Productions), and I'm wondering if the technology is worth the money. Just for the record, I'm not the one that would "spy" on my team-mates, but I like the idea of keeping close ties with my brother. Even if it is over the internet (my brother and I are like the best of friends). I don't like to ask, considering my background(Electronics Engineering Technology, CompTIA A+ Certificate, seven years XP running BBS, etc.), but does anybody have any suggestions? Granted, I have the final say, but the only thing that's making me "take the plunge" is just the question on wether or not it's worth the money. Or should I put my money into something better? Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated. Eric "Wolverine" Ogletree There are 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't. |

Buy them, try them, and if you don't like them, return them. I use a Logitech QuickCam from time to time and it works great. Join Team Starfire BOINC Chat |
