do you guys get any information from them or send anything to them from what you have learned on any cancer projects to date or in the future? |

It's funny you should ask - in addition to the existing collaborations w/ Barry Stoddard and Ray Monnat at FHCRC see the discussion here, one of the developers of Rosetta just started a new job at 'the Hutch'. Dr Phil Bradley took up his new position in the Computational Biology Group of the Public Health Sciences Division at the beginning of July. As to the details of the various projects, I'll leave that to the scientists to outline... do you guys get any information from them or send anything to them from what you have learned on any cancer projects to date or in the future? |

i'm a expat from Seattle (89-2001) so i was just thinking of the hutch when thinking about the cancer projects that may come up in the near future.
