Hi everyone

I use BAM to manage some of my remote crunchers - I need to reset one because rosetta has stalled on it - and I had the BAM password plugged in to firefox but have recently re-installed windows and now can't remember my password for the site. I've tried the password reset but the 'save' button you need to press to register the new password doesn't work in firefox or IE - the error is:

I can't post on the forum because I can't log in.
I created a new account but can't post on the forum with that because it doesn't have any computers attached.
I can't email anyone there because I can't find an address!

If anyone reading this uses BAM could you post here to let them know this problem - I might not be the only one locked out!
