I am running Boinc/Rosetta (along with other projects) on a variety of Macintosh machines. The Rosetta project does not have any graphics to display, and as such is not very interesting as a screensaver. What I would like to do is set my preferences such that Rosetta work is only done between the hours of midnight and 8am. I have tried setting my preferences this way, but instead of bypassing Rosetta and moving on to another project during the "blackout" times, I get a "suspened" message. Is there a way to configure the preferences to achieve what I want. (Do work on Rosetta, but not have a boring/ugly screensaver.) Or do I need to choose between doing work on the project and my astetic desires? Thanks for the help. |

No way to set a project to run at a certain time.... Go to desktop properties and turn Screen saver off or reinstall and uncheck use Boinc screen saver..... BOINC Wiki |
