Checked that Config Setting = ENABLED="1" and it is.

Manager refuses to Update and download any further work. One Project shows up after about 30 minutes after start but cannot be updated. Tasks is empty. Statistics are empty and Disk displays nothing.

Tasks aren't downloading. In Projects tab I get Communication deferred message. This is happening quite often. Did you run out of data? Don't you want as much data as I can send?
