Large usage of hard drive

The total amount will vary with different numbers of active work units as well. But even if all R@h work is completed and your machine is working on other projects for a while, much of the R@h space will remain. This is because these larger files are only downloaded once and retained for future use when your machine does get new tasks assigned. Not certain if that was what you were looking for or not. But the result would be all project data for all BOINC projects going to that location. BOINC, in general, should be running with low disk I/O rates, and so moving all of your BOINC data off of the SSD should not impact your BOINC efficiency. Simplest way would be to work through all existing WUs, uninstall BOINC and when you reinstall select the options to designate a different data path. However, when I try to install BOINC to a larger drive I get the message that BOINC will only run on the drive that the OS is installed on. Do you have any other suggestions?
