They probably forgot to turn things back on after the maintenance period. :( On a side note, won't they have to update the pic now that page to include the new file server? :P |

Assimilator and db-purge are not involved in work issue. WOrk create is off as they indicate 40K or more work units queued (differnet number on index page). |

Now starting to get more and more No Work from Project on my machines.....one machine now working on its last WU... Same here. I occasionally get work, but usually I get "No work from project", and my machines are running out. |

My machines now have the work they need. This forum is also much perkier than when I posted the previous message. The problem seems to have gone away, at least for now. |

Must agree there, everything seems faster and I also am now getting the work. I wonder if someone at WU did something? If so does it need doing on a regular basis? |

Sorry to be pedantic but I think it would help if we keep to the following convention: WU = work unit UW = University of Washington here is is quite clear what you meant but in other contexts it might not be... The status page is working now as it should. We added another server "srv1" to reduce the load on the boinc server. We also have two new beefy database servers that we'll set up soon. The rack is getting bigger and an updated pic may be in order. |
